Data Communication Module (DCM) TI 405 Series

The Data Communication Module (DCM) enables the TI Series 405 PLCs to interface with the

Operator Station. The DCM supports the Hostlink protocol either Master/Slave or Peer-to-Peer. In

the Master/Slave configuration, the Operator Station will be the Master device and the DCM will be

the slave device in both the Point-to-Point and the Multidrop configurations. The DCM has a serial

connection that will connect to the multi-drop network or directly point-to-point to the Operator

Station.
