The severity of a hazard is indicated by the following signal words. Ignoring these

hazards may lead to the consequences indicated.

Signal word Type of hazard

WARNING Possible danger of death or severe bodily harm.

CAUTION Danger of minor bodily injury or property damage

IMPORTANT Danger of malfunctions
