3RS10/11 relays are used to measure tempera-

tures in solid, liquid and gaseous mediums. The

temperature is measured using a sensor that is

in the medium, evaluated by the unit and moni-

tored to determine whether the temperature is

within the upper and lower temperature limits.

Depending on the function that has been pa-

rameterized, the output relay either switches on

or off at these threshold values.
